I am very happy with the service that I was provided. The carpet looks great! I WILL be using them in the future. I normally get my cleaning done every 6 months or so, just depends!

They showed up on time and were completely professional! They were fast and efficient with an eye for detail. Their prices were very reasonable and did not put on the high pressure sales as I have experienced with other carpet cleaners. Will be using them again!

I have used this company for three years they are fantastic! Really good value, neat, clean, respectful! They always work hard (and work up a sweat) to get the job done right. No crazy hard selling, no extra charging for the three square foot closet or tiny hallway. I think they do a better job than some of the larger companies for le$$. I made the mistake of trying someone else because they were booked up and I felt like my carpet was barely cleaned and I got robbed.... NEVER again! As long as Elite is around I will be their customer! I'd rather tip the guys for a great job than pay a lot for mediocre effort.

The two men who came to my house to clean my carpet and upholstery were extremely nice and very informative. I wasn't sure if my couch was worth cleaning and they were well trained in the fabrics I had. All of my furniture and carpet came really clean. Looked way better than I expected!! They were more professional than other companies I I've used. No other companies for me in the future!! Thanks!!
